Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we follow a strict return
and refund policy to ensure safety and customer satisfaction.
Order Cancellation & Modification
Once an order has been placed and successfully processed, it
cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed
under any circumstances.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported on the same day of delivery
- The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
Return Window: Return requests must be initiated within
5 days from the date of delivery.
Products Not Eligible for Return or Refund
No refunds or returns will be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Not liking the color, design, or style of the product
- Sizing issues (please review our size guide carefully before purchase)
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address provided by the customer
- Incorrect address format, including PO Box addresses
- Failed delivery attempts by courier partners
- Package refused by the recipient
- Products returned in a used, worn, washed, or damaged condition
- Missing original packaging or tags
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, innerwear products cannot be returned
for reasons such as color preference or subjective dissatisfaction.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for eligible products only, subject to availability.
All exchange requests must meet the return conditions mentioned above.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only after the returned product passes quality inspection
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment
- No restocking fees are charged
