Order Cancellation & Modification

Once an order has been placed and successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed under any circumstances.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The issue is reported on the same day of delivery
• The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

Return Window: Return requests must be initiated within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Products Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, innerwear products cannot be returned for reasons such as color preference or subjective dissatisfaction.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for eligible products only, subject to availability. All exchange requests must meet the return conditions mentioned above.
